I was impressed with their customer service. I had a new air conditioner Installed , they were meticulous and priced very reasonable.

I setup an appointment for my gas dryer not heating. I was quoted $35 to look at it, and then a quote for the work to be done, I was told if I got the work done they would waive the inspection fee.

Tech shows up and just fixes the dryer without providing me a quote and then says I owe him $100. The work took about 10 minutes (including the inspection) and the part I looked up online was a $5 part (some heat sensor).

Yes the tech fixed my dryer, but $100 for 10 minutes of work with a $5 part. I paid $150 for the dryer.

I will not be using this company again and will be writing reviews everywhere I can about them.
