Very bad customer service. The workers here don't seem to know what they are doing or clicking on their screen. Turns out that the representative that helped me clicked Cancel on my Samsung Galaxy shipment on accident after i waited for it to arrive to their location for days. Due to his stupid mistake I am phoneless for a whole nother week. Don't go here. Always giving people a hard time.
